Great watches as always, I have been a loyal customer of yours and I have never had a problem with the watches. If you can only buy a ST19 (moderbized venus 175 that China purchased at the end of the 1950s from venus) I would choose this watch as the champagne Dail, gold plated inceces, red chrobo hand, blued hands and red star with gold lining make this esrfh look amazing. It’s a habdwind movement but has been modernised so is quite accurate and durable (the old one was 17 jewel, 18,000bph with the standard miberal/animal lube at the time but Tia Jon watch factory modernised it to a 23 jewl movement with a modern lazer poised balance at 21600bph and synthetic oils used. It should last about a decade before needing a service. The watch is beautiful but get a nice strap from Ali made out of Italian leather full hide then buy a deployment clasp. Or a French elastic military strap, avoid the acrylics as they are very tall and the 40mm sapphire is thinner than the 38mm,

It seems to run very good, and also looks good under the loupe apart for a few imperfections not visible with the naked eye. Much better than expected considering the price. If the carrier ask you to pay custom fees you have to pay but you can ask a refund by giving the IOSS number that the seller give you. Now lets talk about the Seagull 1963. I choose the 40mm gooseneck sapphire glass. This watch is absolutely stunning and smell quality. The chronograph function is working pretty well. I didn’t use the NATO strap but use the Leather strap. That leather strap is so nice cosmetics and and good comfort. I didn’t found good leather strap from other seller. I recommend this watch and the seller. merci a vous.

Red star makes the best 1963 with fast shipping and good new packaging, purchased many from them over the years recommend the 40mm Sapphire as its thinner and the gooseneck option is great. Amazing quality watch that’s very accurate in the late 50s Venus watch conpampay in Switzerland sold the 175 to China with rights tooling and blueprints and was made by Seagull (USSR has a much older Chronograph) The 175 was a movement with a long life used by company’s like breitling and was the valjoux 7750 of the 40s to 60s with breitling using it. Seagull upgraded the movement over the years that was a 17 jewel 18,000bph movement but over time now it’s a 23 jewel 21600bph with modern shock springs modern springs and balance wheel and synthetic oil so accurate and reliable. Beautiful watch buy a new strap and it gets noticed, even watch snobs respect it. Venus was purchased by Valjoux (ETA) a column wheel Chronograph would cost at least 3500 USD from the likes of breitling.

Very happy with this purchase. The watch runs with very little amplitude after a bit of diy calibrating. the chronometer runs good and it restarts on zero. I went fo the saphire glass and swan neck addon. For 200 dollars it is a of bang for buck

Absolutely watch. Well worth the price. It keeps excellent time less than 1 second a day. Although the power reserve seems low at 24hrs or less.
